Today, we will depart from Vancouver in the morning and proceed to Kamloops which is the hometown of Ginseng. Then, we will head to visit the famous "Last Spike" in the Pacific Railroad Memorial Park.

Today we will pass through Glacier National Park to Jasper National Park to the world-famous Columbia Glacier. You can take a giant snowmobile to the 300-meter deep Adabaska Glacier, so that you can come into contact with The remains of the second ice age. Then came to the Glacier Glass Bridge next to the Columbia Ice Field. Then we will enter Banff National Park and the famous town of Banff, where Banff Avenue is lined with gift shops and delicious food.

Banff National Park - Revelstoke / Vernon

Say goodbye to the beautiful morning light of the town, and start entering the Rocky Mountain National Park group to the translucent Moraine Lake, which is recognized by the world as the most photographed lake. Then go to Lake Louise, known as the "Sapphire of the Rocky Mountains", surrounded by mountains on three sides with beautiful scenery, and go to Lake Louise White Point Mountain to take a sightseeing cable car.

In the morning, we will head to Vernon to visit the famous local Planet Bee Honey Farm. Then we will head to Kelowna: the hometown of fruits in BC and take a visit to the Okanagan Lake. Afterwards, we will visit the famous local "VQA" rare wine winery and finally pass through the town of Merritt and return back to Vancouver.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
- 33 and more days prior to departure date, CAD$35.00 per person penalty fee;
- 17-32 days prior to departure date, 50% penalty fee;
- 0-16 days prior to departure date, no refund. - Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.
- If the guest quit during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.

Hotel Star: there is no official star rating standard for hotels in North America, and the hotels involved in the trip are all local brand hotels.
The standard double room in North America Hotel is equipped with one king bed or two beds. If you have special requirements for bed type, please inform us when you book the tour, and we will try our best to coordinate. For three or four people one room, there are only two beds in one room and according to the fire regulations, each room can accommodate only four people. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel, otherwise a penalty of $300 will be paid by yourself.
There is no toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, kettle, etc. in the hotel. Guests need to bring them by themselves.
The measuring standard of Product components such as: tourist vehicles, hotels, restaurants, tourist attraction facilities, language and culture, may be different because of the difference of area or country, please understand. (The language may be bilingual, such as Mandarin, Cantonese or English)
Tourist vehicles: We will arrange the vehicles according to the number of passengers, under 24 passengers we will arrange one person serve as guide and driver and more than 24 passengers we will arrange one guide and one driver for the tour.
Each operating organization has different regulations on the safety and rights of tourists by various means of transport, hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions used during the trip to be responsible for tourists; In case of accidental casualties or other losses, it shall be solved according to the regulations prescribed by various operating agencies, which has nothing to do with our company.

For the complimentary items during the trip, if they cannot be presented due to traffic, weather and other force majeure factors, or you cannot participate due to personal reasons, the related fee will not be refunded. Please understand.

Only one large / small luggage per person is permitted and the additional luggage charge is $35 per piece.
For the sake of fairness, your seat will be changed once a day. Or you can pay CAD $60.00/person to book the first three rows of seats on the bus
Please arrive at the boarding location on time. If you are late and can't travel, the fee you paid will not be refunded.
In view of the possible changes or insufficient number of participants, our company reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour group before departure and refund the paid fees in full. We do not undertake any other responsibility and customers shall not claim compensation for the reason.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

* Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
* Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.

Reservation Info

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
